Foremost, we all are entitled to our own opinions. Although, we should take the time to listen to the other side. Doesn’t mean you have to agree with them or not, but you’re educating yourself. We educate ourselves to increase our knowledge. You can take your new knowledge and use it to make your viewpoint even stronger
Some Republicans and some Democrats do not understand how to fight fair.
We need to analyze why we are angry.
Are we mad at a group of people, an individual person, or the system?
Why is one of the first things to happen is name-calling? A lot of the name-calling involves making assumptions. An old Wiseman once told “assume” makes an “ass out of you and me”.
Abortion has once again become a major issue. Roe Vs. Wade just might be overturned. Some think abortion is a woman’s choice because it’s her body. Others think that abortion is murder because you are killing a fetus.
I wonder how many things would change if a man had to pay child support from the moment a woman finds out she is pregnant. When a woman is 9 weeks along, they can perform DNA testing on the fetus.
There are many expenses a woman goes through while she is carrying a baby in her womb. She may miss work due to doctor appointments or sickness. She needs to buy special vitamins. As the months go by, clothing will become an issue because a woman will need to buy larger clothes. Then there is preparing for the arrival of the baby: diapers, formula, bottles, baby blankets, burp cloths, clothes, a crib, and hygiene supplies for the baby. Then there is the cost of delivery. If there are complications during the birth or with the infant, the hospital bills can be extremely high.
Taking care of an infant doesn’t begin when the baby comes home from the hospital, its starts at conception.
Some have said very few abortions are because of a woman being raped. That rape should not be a reason for an abortion. Only 1 out 3 rapes are reported. There are many reasons a woman may not report a rape:
- fear of retaliation from her rapist
- feels shame: doesn’t want family or friends to find out.
- may have made a report before & nothing was done,
- downplays what has happened to her
- feels like the police won’t help her
- doesn’t want to get the rapist in trouble with the law
What if she doesn’t want the baby? They say someone will adopt the baby. There are many children out there now that need a permanent home and no one is helping them. There are many children that are abused. Why would you want to put a child through this? Would you want to learn you were a product of rape and your mother gave you away? Worst yet, the mother keeps the baby, then ends up not bonding with the baby because she just thinks of her rapist when she looks into the baby’s eyes.
- In 2020, there were over 117,000 children waiting for parent placement in a home in the USA.
- Over 250,000 children in the USA go through the foster care system each year.
- Around 700,000 children are abused each year in the USA.
- In 2019, almost 2,000 of those abuse cases ended up with the children’s death.
- Sexual Abuse involves over 57,000 children a year.
- Every year over 7,000 children are shot by a gun, of those almost 1,000 are murdered, 2,700 intentionally shot.
My question is to those against abortion. What gives you the right to tell a woman what she can and cannot do with her body? Many say the government should not be making healthcare decisions for people. Say healthcare decisions should be up to the patient and the doctor. Yet they want the government to tell women what they can and cannot do with their bodies, rather than let the patient and her doctor make the decision.

Covid vaccines work = Covid vaccines don’t work
Covid vaccines save lives = Covid vaccines are taking lives
Covid vaccines are a choice you make = Covid vaccines are forced upon people
The mandates work = The mandate is government overreach
Look if you don’t want to get the vaccine don’t.
The Covid vaccines work just like the flu shot. It prevents you from getting as sick as you would if you didn’t receive it.
The military has been required to get vaccines ever since the smallpox pandemic. That was back in 1776, this is nothing new.
Many healthcare facilities require employees to receive such as flu short & hep b vaccine.
Mandates for vaccines are nothing new to this county and have been around for almost over 350 years.
Basically, it is your choice where you work and it is your choice if you want to choose to work in a job that requires a vaccine.
What comes down to we as a country need to face reality, we need to come together. We need to agree to disagree without the name-calling and such. We ourselves have been the reason for the reason we as a county are no longer united. Stop blaming others.
